The “Raised Face WFN™” is the latest technology in PE flanges available only from Protectoplas. It requires only 1 hole to be cut for installation.

Why cut multiple holes in your 1 piece molded tank? Mechanical fittings require bolt holes to be drilled in your tank wall as well as the pipe hole. That means if you want a 2" fittings you are cuting 5 holes in your tank at every fitting location!

The all new Raised Face WFN™ incorporates the heavy duty 1” thick face, heavy wall pipe construction, and expert welding used on the Super Flanged Nozzle with a full contact raised face design. Now you can have all the chemical resistance and versatility of a polyethylene flange combined with the sealing power of a raised face. This flange has been shop tested for pull out exceeding 2,700 lbs, rated for 25 psi @ 10 ft lbs of torque, and shop tested to over 100 psi @ 10 ft lbs of torque. All of this plus you only need to cut 1 hole for each fitting saving your tank wall from excess stress.

This fitting comes in all of our standard sizes (2,3,4,6,8,10,12,16). It can be made black for further UV protectionBLACK RFWFN, and the face can be made thicker for further stability. It can be located almost anywhere on your HDLPE tank giving you more flexibility in piping.
