These double wall plastic tanks are one piece molded of high density polyethylene, a thermoplastic material. They are very rugged for easy handling and installation. They have a homogenous wall so they are not subject to corrosion barrier cracks or incorrect resin selections. They offer maximum corrosion resistance and when combined with our welded plate gusseted fittings, they make an excellent choice for high quality low cost storage of corrosive liquids. Operating temperatures up to 140ºF are possible. The unique sealed interstitial space design allows for better double walled fittings, and also helps to stop foreign material from entering that space as well. Every tank has an upper fittings with downpipe to allow access to this space for leak detection or other accessories. Above and below are examples of our 8200 gal DW tank. They are outfitted with seveal options including a 30" top manway, external pipe brackets, and a custome name plate. Please consult us with your specific application.
This 6250 gal double walled tank (below) features a 24" top manway, several HDLPE Raised Face flanges, along with heavy duty ladder brackets.
