We cut and machine all of our parts in house utilizing 2008 CNC technology. We can accept a wide variety of file extensions to tool path and machine your parts, while also offering a full design service.
Exhaust hoods, like the ones featured to the left, can be outfitted on any of our HDLPE molded/fabricated tanks. The yellow bar across the front delivers "push" air to help trap fumes in the hood.
Many fume scrubber sizes are available for fabrication. The picture below depicts access doors for the top of a (3) stage system. We can fabricate systems like this from your plans for a considerably low cost. HDLPE is an ideal material for construction due to it corrosion resistant properties, and its ability to be welded and machined. Call one our our tech's to discuss your application.
