Extended legs on a cone bottom tank stand makes filling totes a breeze. These (2) 12' dia tanks were fitted with flat tops, and cut down to pass through a low area.
An example of a hinged top, FRP Ladder, and custom mixer support welded to a 1000 gal HDLPE.
Our 2' x 3' access ladder and platform make reaching the top of this 2500 gal tank quick and easy. our ladders and platforms can be custom made to fit any size and application. FRP is an alternative construction material that adds high chemical resistance to convenience. Also shown above is a set of 12" down pipes welded into a 4200 gal tank. Many sizes and lenghts of down pipes are available, and they all come standard with our Raised Face design.
These (2) 400 gal tanks feature hinged and vented covers, 6" Raised Face WFN down pipes, 1" thick flat tops, and also welded hold down clips.
This settling tower was custom made to one of our customers' designs. It is 4' o.d. x 15' tall, it has (8) 6" Raised Face WFN's along one side, a bolted 24" side access and a bolted flat top. Welded hold down lugs, and extra Heavy walled molding completed this order.

This HDLPE table was machined for holding up a metering pump. The holes in each level allow liquid to pass through into a containment basin. Holes placed into the foot plates allow this table to be secured to the floor. Material of construction was 1" thick but could be made from any thickness needed. We carry plate up to 2" thick, and can obtain much thicker plastic if required.
